Great shoe, lives up to both the fly knit and vapormax name. Beware though that if you get the Black/Dark gray/anthracite color, it will have copperish flakes woven into the shoe. Under different light conditions they show up copper, gold and pink. I returned that pair for the gray/white and black version, which do not have the flakes. I wish nike would add this to their color description, would have saved me a bunch of time.

I have purchased 3 pair of the Nike Vapormax within the past 4 months, being a diabetic, it is important for me to wear a comfortable shoe. After trying several different name brand shoes, I honestly have to say that my Vapormax are by far the most comfortable shoe I have ever purchased!! I have been able to enjoy long days at amusement parks without suffering any type of foot or leg fatigue! I highly recommend this shoe!

The shoe doesn’t look like it does in the pictures. There are shiny copper flakes peppered in throughout the upper that really contrast awkwardly with the black and gray. Those flakes are unable to be seen on the website photos but make a huge difference in person. I immediately returned then upon opening up the package.

The shoe is extremely comfortable. It is somewhat narrow so the wider footed people may want although the flexible fabric may help with the fit. One this to note is althoght it’s really comfy and does provide a good cushion for the food itself. There isn’t much support around the ankle.

I actually own three pairs of the Vapormax Flyknit! Being a critical care registered nurse I’m on my feet an average of 15,000 + steps a day at work. The Nike Flyknit Airmax series are the only shoes I’ve found that keep my legs, feet and back from hurting at the end of a 14 hour shift. I do recommend buying a half size up. I have had to do this with every pair of Nike shoes I’ve ever owned so this isn’t a problem for me. Overall this is a great shoe that is built to perform and last.
